Ask a question
Email [email protected] with the program you are asking about, the market you target and your site — the checklist below covers the rest.
What to include
- The program, by name. If you are choosing between several, say which markets you cover and we will tell you which of them realistically approve at your stage.
- The market or markets you send traffic to, and the language you publish in. Approval turns on this more than on anything else in your application.
- Your site URL, even if it is small or new. We would rather see three honest pages than a promise of fifty.
- Where the application stands: not applied yet, applied on a date with no reply, or rejected — and the rejection wording if you were given any.
- For a correction: the page, the sentence, and what you believe is wrong. If you are an affiliate manager, send the current terms and we will re-date the page.
How to reach us
Email [email protected]. It is one inbox, read by the people who write this site. There is no ticket system, no chatbot, and no newsletter signup wall in front of it. If you write a real question you will get a real answer.
A stalled application
If an affiliate application has been sitting unanswered for weeks, or you were rejected with no reason given, tell us which program and which market you applied to. We will tell you what that program's terms ask for, what its published criteria are, and what is usually worth changing before you reapply.
What we can help with
- Which programs realistically accept your market, language and current traffic level.
- Reading a set of affiliate terms before you sign: carryover, admin fees, bundling, qualification criteria and termination rights.
- Understanding why a specific application was rejected, and what to change before you reapply.
- Tracking setup: subIDs, postbacks, and attributing a signup back to the page that produced it.
- Corrections. If something here is wrong, out of date, or a program's terms have changed, tell us and we will fix it and date the fix.
What we cannot help with
- Player disputes. We are not a gambling operator and we cannot access anyone's player account, balance or withdrawal. Contact the operator first, then its licensing regulator or the alternative dispute resolution body named in their terms.
- Legal, tax or accounting advice. We can explain how affiliate invoicing and VAT normally work; we cannot advise on your situation, and you should use a professional in your own jurisdiction.
- Guaranteeing approval. Every program decides on its own criteria, and none of them is ours to influence.
- Gambling problems. If gambling is causing harm, please contact your national support service rather than us — they are equipped for it and we are not.
Response times
We answer most email within two working days. A program's own reply to an application runs on its pace, which is typically a few days for networks and occasionally several weeks for in-house programs.
Editorial corrections
Corrections are welcome and we treat them seriously. Send the page, the sentence, and what you believe is wrong. If you are an affiliate manager and a program page misstates your terms, send the current terms and we will update the page and its verification date, whether or not we have a commercial relationship with you.
Before you write
Two pages answer most of what lands in this inbox. How to get approved by affiliate programs covers the four things that cause most rejections, and the FAQ answers the twelve questions we are asked most. If the answer is not there, write to us — that gap is worth knowing about.
