What this site is

Partner iGaming publishes guides, program comparisons and calculators for people who want to work as iGaming affiliates. It is an information service. It is not a gambling operator, it does not accept wagers, it does not hold player funds, and it does not operate any of the affiliate programs described on it. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, do not use the site.

Not professional advice

Nothing here is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to enter any particular contract. Affiliate income is uncertain and most affiliate sites never earn anything. Commission rates, terms and approval decisions belong to the programs themselves and can change without notice. Before you sign an affiliate agreement, read it yourself and take advice in your own jurisdiction. Decisions you take on the basis of this site are yours.

Accuracy and dates

We write program pages from the programs' published terms, and each carries the date we last checked it. Terms change. Where a page is wrong or out of date, tell us at [email protected] and we will correct it and re-date it. We give no warranty that the site is complete, current or error-free, and we do not undertake to keep every page current at all times.

Affiliate links

Some links on this site earn us a share of the commission a referred affiliate goes on to earn. Those links pass through our own redirect, carry rel="sponsored nofollow noopener noreferrer", open in a new tab, and are disclosed above the first such link on any page that has one. Full detail is on the affiliate disclosure page. Following such a link costs you nothing and does not change the terms the program offers you.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, mirror, republish or resell the content of this site, in whole or in part, whether by hand or by automated means.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the site, its redirect path or its hosting, or to gain access to any part of it that is not published.
• Do not use anything from this site to promote gambling to people under 18, in a market where the operator is not licensed, or in breach of an advertising code.
• Do not present this site, or a page of it, as your own work or as an endorsement of your own business.

Intellectual property

The text, calculators, structure and design of this site are ours. Program names, operator names, logos and trade marks belong to their owners and are used here for identification and comparison. You may quote a short extract with a visible link back to the page you took it from; anything more needs our written permission.

Third-party sites

When you follow a link to an affiliate program, a regulator or a source, you leave this site and their terms and privacy policies apply. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, their availability or the decisions they take about your application.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit or lost affiliate income, or for loss arising from reliance on information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Gambling and age

The programs described on this site promote gambling products. Gambling is for adults aged 18 or over and carries a real risk of harm. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version published here at the time you use the site is the one that applies, and the date above shows when it last changed. These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the site operator is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live.
