Privacy policy

Partner iGaming is a publishing site about affiliate marketing. There is no account, no login and no form on it, so the amount of personal data involved is small — this page says exactly what there is.

Last updated 5 September 2026.

Who is responsible

Partner iGaming is operated by the team described on our about page. For any question about this policy, or to exercise any of the rights below, email [email protected]. We answer data requests within one month, as the GDPR requires.

What we collect

We do not run accounts, newsletters, comment threads or contact forms, so we never receive a name, an address or a payment detail through this website. The data that does exist falls into four groups.

  • Hosting logs. Our hosting provider records the technical detail of each request — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp — as every web server does, for security and abuse prevention. We do not use those logs for analytics or profiling, and we do not join them to anything else.
  • Cookieless audience measurement. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views and one custom event when an affiliate link is clicked. It sets no cookie and stores no identifier that could single you out; we see aggregate counts by page, country and referrer, never individual visitors. Because it cannot identify anyone, it runs without consent.
  • Google Analytics 4 — only if you accept. GA4 is loaded under Consent Mode v2 with analytics and advertising storage denied by default. Until you press Accept in the consent banner it sets no analytics cookie and sends no identifier. If you accept, GA4 sets its _ga cookies and processes your usage of the site as described in the cookie policy.
  • Affiliate click records. When you click a link that goes through our /go/ redirect we append one line to our own click log: which program was clicked, which page section sent the click, the two-letter country the request appeared to come from, and the time. No IP address, no user agent and no identifier is written to that log, and it cannot be tied back to a person.

Email you send us

If you email us we hold your message, your address and anything you chose to put in it for as long as the conversation is useful — typically up to twenty-four months for an question, so we can follow up if a program comes back late. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not pass your address to an affiliate program, a network or any other third party.

Legal bases

  • Consent (Article 6(1)(a)) for Google Analytics and any advertising signal. You can withdraw it at any time; see the cookie policy.
  • Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) for hosting and security logs, cookieless aggregate measurement, and the affiliate click count — all of which are necessary to run and pay for the site and none of which identify you.
  • Legitimate interests for answering an email you sent us, and for keeping that correspondence for as long as the conversation is useful.

Who else processes data

Our hosting and analytics provider (Vercel Inc.) processes requests and aggregate measurement. Google Ireland Limited processes Google Analytics data if — and only if — you accepted. Our email is hosted by our mail provider. Where a transfer outside the EEA is involved, it runs on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. We do not sell data, we do not run data brokers, and we do not operate an advertising network.

Retention

Hosting logs are kept for the provider’s standard retention window (a matter of weeks). Aggregate analytics are kept as counts, not as records about people. The affiliate click log is kept indefinitely because it contains no personal data — only a program, a country, a section and a timestamp. Email is kept as described above.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object, and the right to data portability, over any personal data we hold about you — in practice that means email correspondence. Write to [email protected] and we will act within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country of residence.

Children

This site is for adults working in or considering affiliate marketing. It is not directed at children, and the products behind the affiliate programs described here are gambling products restricted to people aged 18 or over.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes materially we update the date at the top and describe the change in the first paragraph of the affected section. We do not re-date the page to look maintained.
