What the commission works out to

The same scenario runs on every program page so two deals are comparable: 100 referred players producing EUR 12,000 of gross gaming revenue in one month, with 15% taken off for bonus cost and marketing before the share is calculated.

Digika: illustrative month at 35%
Gross gaming revenueEUR 12,000
Bonus and marketing deductions (15%)− EUR 1,800
Net gaming revenueEUR 10,200
Your share at 35%EUR 3,570
Per referred playerEUR 35.70

35% is the flat published rate, which makes this deal easy to forecast: the share moves only with net gaming revenue, not with a tier you have to hit.

The trade-off

What works

  • A stated 35% revenue share by default, with no low entry tier to climb out of
  • No negative carryover, on the program site and in the agreement
  • CPA, hybrid and revenue-share deals offered under one contract
  • Payments in euros, monthly

What to watch

  • The program site names its brands only by logo; the full set is clear after signup
  • No licence or regulator is named on the program’s own pages
  • A month under EUR 100 rolls forward until the balance reaches EUR 100
  • The sub-affiliate share is agreed case by case and not published

How to get approved by Digika

Apply through the ReferOn registration page linked from the program site. Have a live site with real content in the language of the markets you work, and the company or personal details you will invoice from, because payment runs against an invoice each month. Read the approval guide before you apply.

What we would do this week

  1. Read the affiliate terms in full on ReferOn and note the payment schedule and minimum payout before you apply.
  2. Apply with the market you actually publish for named in the form, and ask for the entry rate in writing.
  3. Ask the manager two questions: whether the Rev share or CPA or Hybrid deal is lifetime, and what happens to a month that ends negative.

Our verdict

Overview

Digika Affiliates runs a small set of casino and sportsbook brands, Cazeus, Tikitaka and CrazyTower among them, on the ReferOn platform. One account and one monthly invoice cover the brands.

Commission structure

The headline is a single figure: “Receive a 35% revenue share by default.” CPA, hybrid and revenue-share deals are all offered; CPA amounts are set in an insertion order or a negotiated plan rather than published. A default rate with no ladder is easier to forecast than a wide range, and it is the number to open a negotiation from once your volume justifies one.

Net revenue is the referred players’ bets less winnings, bonuses, third-party costs, administrative fees, payment charges, bad debts and gaming taxes. The program site lists “No Negative Carryover”, and the agreement’s no-negative-carryover clause resets a negative month’s revenue-share commission to zero unless the loss comes from fraud or a breach.

An illustrative example (not a quote from the program)

Referred players producing EUR 2,400 of net gaming revenue in a month earn 2,400 x 0.35 = EUR 840. A losing month earns nothing, and the loss does not follow you into the next one.

Sub-affiliates

The agreement defines a sub-affiliate as an affiliate referred “via a sub affiliate tracking link provided by us to you” and pays the introducing affiliate a Sub Affiliate Fee, a percentage of the sub-affiliate’s commission agreed between the two sides. No standard percentage is published. Background: sub-affiliate programs explained.

Payment

All payments are made in euros after each calendar month against an invoice. A month under EUR 100 is carried forward until the total reaches EUR 100.

We rate this program 3.5 out of 5 on the terms it publishes.
