A licence tells you where the brands operate, not where the program accepts affiliates.
The same scenario runs on every program page so two deals are comparable: 100 referred players producing EUR 12,000 of gross gaming revenue in one month, with 15% taken off for bonus cost and marketing before the share is calculated.
| Gross gaming revenue | EUR 12,000 |
|---|---|
| Bonus and marketing deductions (15%) | − EUR 1,800 |
| Net gaming revenue | EUR 10,200 |
| Your share at 20% | EUR 2,040 |
| Per referred player | EUR 20.40 |
20% is the entry tier, which is what a new affiliate is signed on. The upper end of the published band needs volume, so the honest planning number for month one is the row above, not the top of the range.
Applications go through the program site, and clause 3 sets the bar: be of legal age, own and run a real site or traffic source, and neither reside in nor target traffic from a restricted jurisdiction — the terms name the United States, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands, with the rest in the compliance policy. Approval is discretionary and applying is not acceptance.
Have the site live with published content before you apply, describe the traffic sources plainly, and name the countries you can actually reach. Three questions belong in the first exchange with the manager, because none of the three is published: the admin-fee rate deducted inside NGR, the sub-affiliate percentage, and which payout methods the account will offer.
What we would do this week
The full version, with the wording we use in applications: how to get approved by affiliate programs.
Duelbits Partners is the in-house program for Duelbits, a crypto casino and sportsbook that the program site dates to 2020 and that is operated by Liquid Entertainment N.V. of Curaçao. One brand, two verticals, and a set of in-house originals alongside the usual provider slots and live tables. The affiliate panel runs on MyAffiliates, so the media gallery, the campaign-level reporting and the server-to-server postback the program advertises all behave the way they do on any other MyAffiliates installation.
This is one of the few crypto programs that publishes its default ladder in full rather than a ceiling. Clause 7.1 of the affiliate terms sets revenue share by the number of first-time depositors referred in a calendar month: 20% for one to five, 25% for six to fifteen, 30% for sixteen to thirty, 35% for thirty-one to fifty, and 40% above fifty. CPA and a hybrid of CPA plus ongoing revenue share are both named in the same clause, priced by negotiation and superseding the ladder once agreed in writing.
Read the first rung carefully. The program FAQ says a new affiliate starts “with a great 25%”; the terms say 20% until the sixth depositor lands in the same month. The FAQ is marketing copy, the terms are the contract, and they were last revised on 2 September 2025 — so the ladder is the number to plan against.
Say eight referred players deposit in March and produce EUR 4,000 of net gaming revenue. Eight FTDs puts the month in tier 2, so 4,000 x 0.25 = EUR 1,000. The same EUR 4,000 with only four depositors sits in tier 1: 4,000 x 0.20 = EUR 800. Four extra signups are worth EUR 200 on an identical revenue figure, which is the whole point of an FTD-keyed ladder — it pays for acquisition volume, not for player quality. Model your own mix against a flat deal in the commission calculator, and read revshare vs CPA vs hybrid before accepting a negotiated CPA instead.
Clause 7.3 states a no-negative-carryover policy for standard affiliates: a losing month does not follow you into the next one. There is one exception, and it is narrow. If a single referred player generates more than USD 10,000 of negative NGR in a month and the account’s total monthly NGR falls below minus USD 2,000, that player’s balance is carried forward and offset only against that same player’s future revenue. It cannot touch anyone else’s, and it does not grow unless that player crosses the threshold again. That is high-roller isolation rather than a balance that follows the account, which is the version worth agreeing to.
NGR is defined in clause 1 as total wagers less player winnings, bonuses, chargebacks, admin fees and fraud deductions. The admin fee sits inside that definition with no published rate, which is the single biggest unknown in the deal — ask for the number in writing before you scale spend against it.
Commission is calculated monthly and paid by the fifteenth of the following month once the balance clears the threshold. Here the two published sources disagree again: the terms set USD 250, the FAQ still says USD 100. Treat USD 250 as the real floor. The payout method is chosen inside the account and is not published.
Clause 6 sets out a master-affiliate arrangement: approved affiliates may refer other affiliates through a dedicated link and earn on their performance, subject to the same thresholds. No percentage is published, and the company reserves the right to adjust the relationship at its discretion. See sub-affiliate programs explained for what to ask before recruiting into one.
Crypto and rest-of-world traffic with enough monthly volume to stay off the bottom rung. The terms exclude the United States, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands outright, and the Curaçao licence means this brand does not belong on pages written for Sweden, Denmark, Germany or Spain.
An unusually transparent deal for the crypto segment — the ladder, the carryover rule and the NGR formula are all in writing, which is more than most competitors publish. The two places the marketing copy and the contract disagree are the reason to read clause 7 before you apply. Start with how to get approved by affiliate programs.
We rate this program 3.8 out of 5 on the terms it publishes.

"NO NEGATIVE CARRY OVER — Start each month fresh with no negative carry over."; "FAST PAYOUTS — By 15th of the month."; commissions "Calculated based on the number of FTD players in a given month" with "Default increasing Revenue Share commission depending on the amount of FTDs" over Revenue Share, CPA, Hybrid and Special deals; "Established in 2020, Duelbits has become a celebrated crypto casino and sportsbook." FAQ: "You'll start of with a great 25%"; "we have a minimum earning of $100 before we make a pay-out"; "As long as the player plays with Duelbits, you will earn a cut of the revenue the player is generating. Money for life"; "we do not carry over negative balances from one month to another". The affiliate panel at affiliates.dbpartners.io is a MyAffiliates installation — the signup page markup names the platform. Licence provenance: the same footer reads "duelbits.com is a brand name of Liquid Entertainment N.V. Reg No 153298, having its registered address at Zuikertuintjeweg z/n (Zuikertuin Tower), Willemstad, Curaçao, licensed to conduct online gaming operations by the Government of" — and then stops at an unrendered template placeholder where the country name should be, so the licensing authority is not spelled out on the page itself.
Checked 2026-09-12; the page states "DATE OF LAST REVISION: 02/09/2025". Clause 7.1 tiered RevShare by monthly FTDs — "Tier 1 1–5 20%, Tier 2 6–15 25%, Tier 3 16–30 30%, Tier 4 31–50 35%, Tier 5 51+ 40%". Clause 7.2: "payable by the 15th calendar day of the following month, provided the Affiliate's account balance exceeds the minimum threshold of $250 USD" — which contradicts the $100 in the program FAQ. Clause 7.3: "Duelbits operates a No Negative Carryover policy for standard affiliates… However… If a single referred player generates more than $10,000 in negative NGR within a month, and the affiliate's total monthly NGR falls below -$2,000, that player's negative balance will be carried forward… only offset against future positive NGR from that specific player." Clause 1: "NGR (Net Gaming Revenue): means total wagers minus player winnings, bonuses, chargebacks, admin fees, and any fraud-related deductions." Clause 3 bars traffic from "the United States, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands". Clause 6 defines the Master Affiliate / Sub-Affiliate arrangement without naming a rate.
