What the commission works out to

The same scenario runs on every program page so two deals are comparable: 100 referred players producing EUR 12,000 of gross gaming revenue in one month, with 15% taken off for bonus cost and marketing before the share is calculated.

Metal Casino Affiliates: illustrative month at 25%
Gross gaming revenueEUR 12,000
Bonus and marketing deductions (15%)EUR 1,800
Net gaming revenueEUR 10,200
Your share at 25%EUR 2,550
Per referred playerEUR 25.50

25% is the entry tier, which is what a new affiliate is signed on. The upper end of the published band needs volume, so the honest planning number for month one is the row above, not the top of the range.

The trade-off

What works

  • Four regulated markets behind one brand, each checkable on a public register: Great Britain, Sweden, Denmark and Spain
  • No negative carryover, written into clause 10.4 of the agreement and stated without a fraud or breach carve-out
  • A USD 100 payment threshold, low enough that a small site is paid in its first good month
  • A full revenue-share ladder is published, from 25% to 50% by new depositors per month
  • Self-serve signup, free to join, with one brand to learn and one set of terms to read

What to watch

  • The published ladder and the contract disagree: clause 2.3 sets the default revenue share at 15%, and 20% for new partners, against a tier page that opens at 25%
  • One brand, so the account is a supplement to a larger set of programs rather than a foundation
  • The tier page advertises bi-weekly, weekly and same-day payments; clause 10.3 says monthly, by the tenth
  • The application form offers one payout method, bank transfer by SWIFT, against a marketing claim of multiple options including crypto
  • No cookie or attribution window is published on the program pages or anywhere in the agreement
  • The threshold is quoted in dollars and the payment made in euros, so the figure you are held to moves with the exchange rate
  • Invoices older than a year are refused outright, and the agreement was last updated on 2 June 2023

How to get approved by Metal Casino Affiliates

Signup is self-serve at partners.metalaffiliates.com and the program page states it is free to join. The form asks for login details, a profile with name, contact number and country, an optional website and company details, a messenger handle on Telegram or Teams, and a tax-registration declaration — answer yes and it requires a tax-registration country, company number and VAT number. Payment details are collected on the same form, where the only method offered is bank transfer by SWIFT. The last step is a single brand-membership tick for Metal Casino and acceptance of its terms; the confirmation says the application is reviewed and answered, with queries going to the program’s affiliate address.

Because the account is one brand, the first manager conversation is short and is best spent on the terms the pages contradict: the revenue share actually applied to the account against the published tiers, the payment cadence against clause 10.3, whether any payout method other than SWIFT exists, and the attribution window, which nothing publishes. Get each answer written onto the account rather than left in an email thread. The checks managers run before approving anyone are set out in our approval guide.

What we would do this week

  1. Read the affiliate terms in full on Mediacle and note the payment schedule and minimum payout before you apply.
  2. Apply with the market you actually publish for named in the form, and ask for the entry rate in writing.
  3. Ask the manager two questions: whether the Rev share or CPA or Hybrid deal is lifetime, and what happens to a month that ends negative.

The full version, with the wording we use in applications: how to get approved by affiliate programs.

Our verdict

Overview

Metal Casino Affiliates is the in-house program for a single brand: Metal Casino, a rock-themed casino operated by Skill On Net. One brand is the defining fact about this account. There is no sportsbook, no second vertical and no set of sister brands to move traffic between — the application form itself carries exactly one brand membership, metalcasino.com. What the brand does have is a licence footprint most single-brand programs cannot show: its domains sit on the public registers of four regulated markets. The affiliate panel runs on Mediacle’s platform, and the public marketing site is one page plus its terms.

Commission structure

The program page publishes a four-step revenue-share ladder driven by new depositing players per month: 25% at Bronze for 0 to 10, 35% at Silver for 11 to 50, 45% at Gold for 51 to 100, and 50% at Platinum above 100. Each step also advertises a faster payment cadence and more support. CPA and hybrid appear as defined terms in the agreement’s definitions section, but neither has a published rate — both are negotiated. The three structures are set side by side in revshare vs CPA vs hybrid.

A worked example

Take EUR 4,000 of casino net gaming revenue in a month. At the advertised Bronze rate the arithmetic is 4,000 x 0.25 = EUR 1,000; at Platinum the same revenue pays 4,000 x 0.50 = EUR 2,000. At the rate the agreement itself names for a new partner, 20%, it pays EUR 800. That spread — EUR 800 against EUR 1,000 on identical traffic, before any tier is climbed — is the whole negotiation. Model it against your own mix in the commission calculator.

Where the page and the contract disagree

This is the term to settle before signing anything. The tier page opens at 25%. Clause 2.3 of the affiliate agreement says something else: “The default level of Revenue Share is 15% with new partners being offered 20%.” Nothing in the agreement references the tier page or gives it contractual force, and the agreement carries a last-updated date of 2 June 2023, which predates the marketing site it sits behind. Two further claims split the same way. The tiers advertise bi-weekly, weekly and same-day payments; clause 10.3 says monthly, by the tenth. The page offers “multiple payment options including crypto”; the application form offers one, bank transfer by SWIFT. Read the tier page as an opening position, and get the rate, the cadence and the payout method written onto the account before the first link goes up.

Negative carryover

Here the page and the contract agree, and the answer is the good one. Clause 10.4 states that for all casino brands the program does not carry negative balances over, and that brands are separated for payment purposes. A losing month is zeroed rather than deducted from the next one, and no carve-out is stated for fraud or breach, which many agreements do carve out. Background: negative carryover.

Payments

Clause 10.3 sets the threshold at USD 100 per payment, paid monthly by the tenth, with all payments made in euros. A dollar threshold settled in euros means the figure you are held to drifts with the exchange rate, which is worth pinning down at onboarding. Payment runs against an invoice you send the program, and clause 10.6 refuses any invoice more than a year old from its date of issue — an account left to accrue quietly can age out its own earliest months. What the agreement never spells out is Net Revenue: it defines it as revenues less redeems and names no administrative fee, no supplier cost and no gaming tax, which is unusually thin for a definition that decides what the percentage is a percentage of. Practical notes on invoicing are in getting paid, taxes and invoicing.

Sub-affiliates

A sub-affiliate scheme exists. The agreement defines Sub-Affiliates as traffic generated through your links by a third party, and the tier page lists a sub-affiliate program as a Platinum feature — that is, above 100 new depositors a month. No percentage is published anywhere, and nothing states whether the tier gate is enforced or negotiable. Work out what a second tier would have to be worth before asking for it: sub-affiliate programs explained.

Licensing and markets

The brand is licensed where it says it is, and that part is checkable on public registers. The UK Gambling Commission lists metalcasino as an active trading name of Skill On Net Limited under an active remote casino licence running since November 2014, with www.metalcasino.com recorded as a white-label domain. Spelinspektionen’s register carries metalcasino.com/sv and metalcasino.se; Spillemyndigheden lists metalcasino.com/dk under Skill on Net Limited; and Spain’s DGOJ lists www.metalcasino.es under Skill On Net, SA. The agreement then does something unusual and genuinely useful: it publishes market-conduct conditions for Germany, the UK, Spain, Sweden and Denmark, naming the statute and the rules an affiliate has to follow in each. The German section is the one to read twice — it states that revenue-share commissions there stopped on 1 July 2021, and bans the word casino, table games and jackpot content outright. Twitch and TikTok are prohibited for the brand in both Germany and the UK. The same ground is covered in our guide to affiliate compliance in the UK, Germany, Sweden and Spain.

One corporate detail is worth settling before signing. The affiliate agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus with any action brought there; the UKGC register gives the licensee’s head office as Limassol, Cyprus; and the Swedish site’s own footer names a Maltese company, SkillOnNet LTD, registration C-50024. Ask which entity the affiliate contract is with. A licence says where the brand may operate, not where the program accepts affiliates.

Our verdict

A small program that is easy to join and pays out early, wrapped around a brand with a real regulated footprint — and a tier page its own contract does not back. The USD 100 threshold and the unconditional no-carryover clause are genuinely good terms for a site that is still small, and four regulated markets behind one licensee is more than most single-brand accounts offer. Against that: the 15% and 20% defaults in clause 2.3, one payout method, and no cookie or attribution window published anywhere. It reads best as one more licensed casino brand alongside a bigger account, not as the account a site is built on. Ask four things before the first link — the rate actually applied, the attribution window, the real payment cadence, and whether a payout method other than SWIFT exists. Vocabulary for that conversation is in affiliate tracking and postbacks explained.

We rate this program 3 out of 5 on the terms it publishes.
