A licence tells you where the brands operate, not where the program accepts affiliates.

What the commission works out to

The same scenario runs on every program page so two deals are comparable: 100 referred players producing EUR 12,000 of gross gaming revenue in one month, with 15% taken off for bonus cost and marketing before the share is calculated.

Oshi Affiliates: illustrative month at 30%
Gross gaming revenueEUR 12,000
Bonus and marketing deductions (15%)− EUR 1,800
Net gaming revenueEUR 10,200
Your share at 30%EUR 3,060
Per referred playerEUR 30.60

30% is the entry tier, which is what a new affiliate is signed on. The upper end of the published band needs volume, so the honest planning number for month one is the row above, not the top of the range.

The trade-off

What works

  • The full 30-50% rev share ladder is published, not quoted on request
  • Section 7 of the terms states "No Negative Carryover" outright
  • EUR 20 minimum withdrawal from the affiliate wallet
  • Commission is paid monthly, no later than the 10th of the next month
  • Affilka portal with a self-serve signup form and no application gate

What to watch

  • Commission can be withheld when over half your referrals deposit once
  • The 50% band needs sixty first-time depositors in a single month
  • No CPA, hybrid or sub-affiliate rate is published anywhere
  • Administration fees come off NGR before commission, with no rate given
  • On termination, commission stops even on players already referred

How to get approved by Oshi Affiliates

Apply at oshipartners.com/partner/register, a self-serve Affilka form with nothing in front of it. Clause 2.1 of the agreement says the company decides "at our sole discretion" whether to accept an application, that the decision "is final and not subject to any right of appeal", and that the outcome arrives by email.

The form asks for more than most. Email, password, a company name, a Microsoft Teams handle and a Telegram handle are all mandatory; nickname, full name, address, phone and traffic sources are optional. Fill the traffic-sources box anyway, because it is the only place on the form to describe what you actually publish. Choose your reporting currency at signup, where EUR is preselected. Have identity and payment documents to hand as well: clause 2.1 lets the company request bank statements, individual or corporate identity papers and proof of address at any time during the relationship, and clause 6.3 makes KYC a condition of the first withdrawal. Our approval guide covers what managers actually check.

What we would do this week

  1. Read the affiliate terms in full on Affilka and note the payment schedule and minimum payout before you apply.
  2. Apply with the market you actually publish for named in the form, and ask for the entry rate in writing.
  3. Ask the manager two questions: whether the Rev share deal is lifetime, and what happens to a month that ends negative.

Our verdict

Overview

Oshi Affiliates is the in-house program for Oshi.io, a crypto-and-fiat casino running since 2015 and operated by Novatrix SRL of Costa Rica. It is single-brand and single-vertical: one casino, no sportsbook, no poker room, so one application and one link cover everything the program has to sell. The live portal is oshipartners.com, which is where the casino's own footer sends anyone clicking "Affiliate". One wrinkle to know before you read the agreement: it names www.oshiaffiliates.com as the contracting company throughout, and that domain no longer resolves.

Commission structure

The ladder is published in full, which is rarer than it should be. Section 7 of the affiliate terms sets five bands keyed to first-time depositors in a calendar month: 30% of net gaming revenue at ten FTDs or fewer, 35% between ten and twenty, 40% between twenty and forty, 45% between forty and sixty, and 50% at sixty or more. The same ladder runs across the program's front page under the headline "EARN UP TO 50% RS". Section 7 then closes with three words worth more than the top band: "No Negative Carryover." A losing month does not follow you into the next one.

Read the NGR definition alongside it. Clause 1.15 deducts winnings returned, issued bonuses, net balance corrections, administration fees, fraud costs and chargebacks before commission is calculated. The administration fee is named as a deduction and no rate is given for it anywhere. Treat the ladder as the program's public position rather than a promise about any one account: clause 6.6 says an affiliate "may, at the Company's sole discretion, be provided with the opportunity to restructure its commission structure", so an approved account can end up on a named plan that sits outside the five published bands, in either direction. CPA appears once, in the definitions at clause 1.11, as "a fixed amount for a New Customer (CPA structure) as set out in the Commission Structures" — there is no published CPA figure, no hybrid figure, no sub-affiliate rate, and no cookie duration on either the terms or the program page.

An illustrative example (not a quote from the program)

Say twenty-five referred players make a first deposit in one month and generate EUR 4,000 of net gaming revenue. Twenty-five FTDs puts you in the third band, so the arithmetic is 4,000 x 0.40 = EUR 1,600. Drop to eight FTDs the next month on the same EUR 4,000 and you are back in the entry band: 4,000 x 0.30 = EUR 1,200. The band is recalculated every month, so the ladder pays for steady volume rather than one good month. Put your own figures through the commission calculator.

One clause deserves reading twice before you commit traffic. Clause 2.5 states that where half of your referred new customers make only one deposit in a month, that traffic is treated as "motivated" and commission on it "can be freezed or no payable upon Company decision"; where more than half of the total volume behaves that way, "the Company has a right not to pay the Commission for such traffic". Bonus-hunting traffic is not merely low-value here, it is potentially unpaid.

Tracking and reporting (Affilka)

The partner portal runs on Affilka: the signup page carries a "Powered by" mark linking to affilka.com in its footer. In practice that means a hosted affiliate area, campaign-level reporting inside the panel, and short tracking codes issued on a dedicated redirect host, oshilinks.com, which forwards to the casino or to the partner signup depending on the code. Signup asks you to pick a default reporting currency, with EUR preselected. Clause 4.3 commits the company to "make available monitoring tools which enable you to monitor your Affiliate Account and the level of your Commission", and clause 10.1 adds the usual reconciliation caveat: where the panel and the company database disagree, the database is deemed accurate. That is the argument for keeping an independent click log — start with affiliate tracking and postbacks explained.

Licensing

Clause 1.1 of the casino terms and the footer of every page on oshi.io state that the site is operated by Novatrix SRL, Costa Rica company number 3-102-893958, "under license no. 0000002 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission". That is an offshore licence jurisdiction rather than a European one, and it describes where the brand is licensed to operate, not which markets the program will accept affiliates from. The affiliate terms publish no market list at all, so that is a question for onboarding. Two clauses do bound the work directly: clause 2.13 warns that promoting on Swedish market resources or in the Swedish language "is subject to legal restrictions in Sweden" and "will lead to the immediate account closure if disclosed", and clause 2.9 forbids registering domains or search terms that include the company's trademarks, which rules out brand bidding. All promotion is 18+ only.

Payments

MinimumEUR 20 per withdrawal from the affiliate wallet
ScheduleCalculated at month end and paid in arrears, no later than the 10th of the following calendar month
MethodsNot published; commission is paid into an affiliate wallet and withdrawn from there

A EUR 20 floor is low, which suits a site still ramping up. Three further clauses shape the cash flow: KYC documentation may be required before a withdrawal is released (clause 6.3), a balance left in the wallet for three months after termination can be withheld (clause 5e), and a disputed balance must be raised within fourteen calendar days or the reported figure becomes "an irrevocable acknowledgment" (clause 6.7). For the invoicing side of all this, see getting paid, taxes and invoicing.

Who it suits

It suits a casino-only publisher writing for crypto-comfortable or offshore-friendly audiences who can hold steady monthly volume rather than spikes, because the band resets every month and the motivated-traffic clause penalises one-and-done depositors. It suits a site that already ranks for welcome-package and free-spin queries, since the brand's own pitch is a four-deposit package with 450 free spins. It does not suit a sports publisher, because there is no sportsbook behind the link, and it does not suit a recruiter, because no sub-affiliate rate is published — sub-affiliate programs explained sets out what a published one looks like.

Our verdict

The published ladder and the flat "No Negative Carryover" line are worth real money in a market where most rates arrive as "on request", and a EUR 20 payout floor is about as friendly as a new site will find. Weigh that against a single offshore brand, an affiliate agreement marked version 1 and last updated on 1 December 2019, an administration fee that is deducted but never quantified, and a motivated-traffic clause broad enough to cover an ordinary bonus-led month. Read the ladder next to revshare vs CPA vs hybrid, and ask the manager in writing for the administration-fee rate and the cookie window before you send volume.
