The terms do not publish a market list — ask which markets the program accepts at onboarding.

What the commission works out to

The same scenario runs on every program page so two deals are comparable: 100 referred players producing EUR 12,000 of gross gaming revenue in one month, with 15% taken off for bonus cost and marketing before the share is calculated.

Galaxy Affiliates: illustrative month at 50%

Bonus and marketing deductions (15%)EUR 1,800
Net gaming revenueEUR 10,200
Your share at 50%EUR 5,100
Per referred playerEUR 51

50% is the entry tier, which is what a new affiliate is signed on. The upper end of the published band needs volume, so the honest planning number for month one is the row above, not the top of the range.

The trade-off

What works

  • The commission ladder is published on the program's own site rather than negotiated from zero
  • 50% revenue share for the first three months, before the ladder applies
  • The top band is 50%, reached at GBP 15,000 net revenue a month
  • One application covers roughly a dozen casino brands

What to watch

  • Minimum payout, payment methods and payment schedule are not published
  • The referral (sub-affiliate) terms are not published — ask the manager before assuming a tier exists
  • No licence list is published on the program site, so market compliance has to be checked brand by brand
  • No CPA or hybrid plan is published, so the ladder is effectively the only deal
  • Brands are mid-sized, so brand-search demand is limited

How to get approved by Galaxy Affiliates

Signup is self-serve at affiliate.galaxyaffiliates.com/signup, followed by a manager conversation to set commercial terms. Approval within days of application is normal for this program, which is faster than the group programs.

Have a live site with published content, an honest description of your traffic sources, and your payment details ready — ask what the payout threshold, the payment methods and the payment schedule actually are, since none of the three is published. Use the manager conversation to confirm the revenue-share band you start on, what happens when the three-month introductory rate ends, and whether a CPA deal is open to you. Our approval guide covers the checks.

What we would do this week

  1. Read the affiliate terms in full on in-house and note the payment schedule and minimum payout before you apply.
  2. Apply with the market you actually publish for named in the form, and ask for the entry rate in writing.
  3. Ask the manager two questions: whether the Rev share deal is lifetime, and what happens to a month that ends negative.

Our verdict

Overview

Galaxy Affiliates is a multi-brand casino program covering roughly a dozen UK and European brands — The Online Casino, Swift Casino, Cosmic Spins, Fruity Wins, Jackpot Mobile Casino, Vegas Mobile Casino and others. It is one application for the set, which is the practical argument for it: a single account, a single manager, a single statement.

The commission ladder is published on the program's own site, which is unusual at this size: 50% revenue share for the first three months, then 35% up to GBP 5,000 net revenue a month, 40% between GBP 5,000 and GBP 15,000, and 50% at GBP 15,000 or more. Nothing else is published — no payment threshold, no schedule, no licence list, no referral terms. Those are manager conversations, and they should happen before you send traffic, not after.

Commission structure

The program publishes its ladder on its own commissions page, in sterling and by monthly net revenue: 50% for the first three months, then 35% up to GBP 5,000 a month, 40% from GBP 5,000 to GBP 15,000, and 50% at GBP 15,000 or more. No CPA or hybrid plan is published alongside it, so treat an alternative model as something to ask about rather than something on offer. No administrative fee, carryover position or bundling rule is published either — all three are manager questions.

An illustrative example (not a quote from the program)

Assume GBP 8,000 of net gaming revenue across the brands in one month. That lands in the middle band, so the arithmetic is 8,000 x 0.40 = GBP 3,200. In the introductory period the same revenue would pay 8,000 x 0.50 = GBP 4,000. Beware of building a forecast on the introductory rate: it lasts three months and your traffic will not have matured by then. Model the post-introductory case in the commission calculator.

The program does not publish its referral (sub-affiliate) terms either way, so do not assume a recruitment tier exists here until a manager confirms one in writing — the background is in sub-affiliate programs explained. Terms vocabulary: negative carryover.

Tracking and reporting

The platform is the program's own. What it supports beyond the standard dashboard is not published, so the sub-ID, postback and API questions in affiliate tracking and postbacks explained are the ones to put to the manager before you build reporting around it.

Licensing

The program site publishes no licence list. Confirm the licence behind any individual brand — against the regulator's own register, not a listing — before you place that brand on a country page, because the affiliate-side duty follows the market you publish into, not the one the brand is headquartered in. 18+ only, responsible-gambling messaging on every page.

Payments

Minimum payout, payment methods and payment schedule are not published on the program site. Ask for all three in writing at onboarding, and ask whether payment runs against a self-billing invoice.

Who it suits

It suits an affiliate who wants a published ladder rather than a rate negotiated from zero, and who can put enough monthly net revenue through one account to reach the GBP 15,000 band where it pays 50%. It suits a recruiter poorly for now, since the referral terms are not published.

Our verdict

The ladder is the reason to look: published, in writing, on the program's own site, topping at 50%, with a 50% introductory rate for three months. Everything around it is unpublished — payment terms, licences, carryover, referral tier — so the first manager conversation has a long list. Take the introductory rate as introductory, and read revshare vs CPA vs hybrid before assuming a CPA alternative is available here at all.

We rate this program 3.8 out of 5 on the terms it publishes.
