What the commission works out to

The same scenario runs on every program page so two deals are comparable: 100 referred players producing EUR 12,000 of gross gaming revenue in one month, with 15% taken off for bonus cost and marketing before the share is calculated.

Playattack: illustrative month at 40%
Gross gaming revenueEUR 12,000
Bonus and marketing deductions (15%)EUR 1,800
Net gaming revenueEUR 10,200
Your share at 40%EUR 4,080
Per referred playerEUR 40.80

40% is the ceiling this program advertises, not the opening offer — a new account normally starts lower and climbs with volume, so treat the figure above as the best case and ask what the first tier actually pays.

The trade-off

What works

  • Publishes its ONJN licence number, its payment schedule, its thresholds and the full net-revenue deduction list
  • EUR 10 minimum payout, and the first payout needs only one first-time depositor
  • The FAQ states revenue share is paid for the lifetime of a referred player
  • Revenue share, CPA and hybrid are all offered rather than a single fixed model

What to watch

  • No entry rate and no tier ladder are published; the FAQ states only a 40% ceiling
  • The advertised "no negative carryover" is gated: terms 10.14 require five FTDs in the period before a negative balance is zeroed, and a single player whose wins exceed $5,000 is isolated until the deficit is recovered
  • Earnings and losses across brands are consolidated, so one brand’s negative month offsets another’s positive one
  • Takes traffic from Romania, Sweden and Bulgaria only, by its own statement
  • New affiliates’ profit may be held for up to three months, and a CPA plan may be switched to revenue share retroactively

How to get approved by Playattack

Register at playattack.com. Approval is quick, and the commercial discussion usually moves to a chat app — mirror every agreement into email the same day, because chat is not a record.

Have ready: a live site with published content for Romania, Sweden or Bulgaria, an honest description of your traffic sources and the countries they come from, and invoicing details. Because no rate is published, go in with a specific number rather than asking what is available, and get four things in writing before you send a click — the agreed percentage, the CPA price if you take one, how the cross-brand consolidation will be applied to your account, and whether the three-month hold on new affiliates applies to you.

What we would do this week

  1. Read the affiliate terms in full on in-house and note the payment schedule and minimum payout before you apply.
  2. Apply with the market you actually publish for named in the form, and ask for the entry rate in writing.
  3. Ask the manager two questions: whether the Rev share or CPA or Hybrid deal is lifetime, and what happens to a month that ends negative.

Our verdict

Overview

Playattack is a casino and sportsbook affiliate network operated by PlayAttack Limited, a Malta-registered company (Registration No. C 89486) at Ta' Xbiex Business Centre. Its footer names the licence it works under: the Romanian National Office for Gambling, ONJN, licence number 1421/29.07.2021. Printing a licence number on the program's own front page is more disclosure than most networks of this size offer, and it is the first thing that makes the record checkable.

The program site presents three brands: Mr Bit, listed for Romania, Bulgaria and Bosnia and Herzegovina with support in English, Romanian, Bulgarian, Bosnian and Serbian, plus SlotV and Frank, both listed for Sweden. The contact page is blunt about scope — it states the program is "exclusively focused on traffic from Romania, Sweden, and Bulgaria". If your readers are elsewhere, this is not your program.

Commission structure

Revenue share, CPA and hybrid are all offered, and the terms make revenue share the default where nothing else is agreed. There is no published rate card and no tier ladder. The one figure stated publicly is in the FAQ, which says an affiliate "can earn up to 40% commission" — a ceiling, not an entry rate. A feature block also advertises a motivational programme offering up to 30% more for meeting unspecified conditions; treat that as something to ask about, not a term you hold.

Two published clauses matter more than the missing percentage, and both need reading past the headline. The program advertises "no negative carryover", and clause 10.4 does set a negative monthly balance to zero — but it says so "except for the cases stated under Clause 10.14", and 10.14 attaches two conditions: the zeroing needs five first-time depositors in the period, and a single player whose wins put the balance more than $5,000 negative is isolated until that amount has been worked off. Below five depositors a month the headline protection does not reach you at all, and clause 10.5 carries a sub-threshold balance forward into the next period's result. For the small affiliate the EUR 10 payout floor is designed to attract, that is the term to read first. The second clause is consolidation: earnings and losses across the brands you promote are pooled into a single monthly account balance, so a negative on one brand offsets a positive on another before you are paid, and 10.14 states that the no-carryover rule applies only to that consolidated balance. That is bundling, stated plainly rather than hidden. The terms also publish the deduction list behind net revenue — chargebacks and refunds, bonuses and promotions, transaction fees on deposit and withdrawal volume, and provider, taxation and licensing fees as percentages of gross gaming.

An illustrative example (not a quote from the program)

Assume fifteen referred players produce EUR 4,000 of net gaming revenue on Mr Bit in one month. At the published 40% ceiling that pays 4,000 × 0.40 = EUR 1,600; at a more ordinary negotiated 25% it pays 4,000 × 0.25 = EUR 1,000. Now apply the consolidation clause: if SlotV runs EUR 1,500 negative in the same month, the commissionable balance is 4,000 − 1,500 = EUR 2,500, and 25% of that is EUR 625. Same players, same month, a third less money, decided by a clause rather than a rate. Run your own version in the commission calculator, and read revshare vs CPA vs hybrid before you accept a first offer.

Tracking, traffic rules and reporting

Tracking runs on the program's own platform rather than a licensed third-party one, and neither sub-ID conventions nor postback support are documented publicly — both are onboarding questions, using the vocabulary in affiliate tracking and postbacks explained. New players are moderated and approved after the accounting period closes, so a conversion is not final on the day it appears.

Two traffic rules are worth reading before you plan pages. The terms allow the program to switch a CPA plan to revenue share retroactively where traffic quality is judged unsatisfactory, and to carry forward or withhold profit on players referred above an agreed volume limit. Separately, the FAQ states that the program accepts doorway traffic while noting it is low quality. Search engines do not take that view: doorway pages are named in Google's spam policies, and a site built that way risks its own visibility regardless of what a program will accept. Affiliate marketing in the AI era covers where that line sits.

Licensing

The ONJN licence is Romanian, and it tells you where the brands are authorised rather than where the program will take an affiliate. As in every licensed market, the operator's licence reaches your page: what you may say about a bonus, how prominent the conditions must be, and the responsible-gambling messaging you carry are set by the regulator, not by preference. Keep every page 18+ with the local helpline visible — and note the brand set also spans Sweden, where the moderation standard is stricter still.

Payments

Better documented than most of this group. The terms state that affiliate profit is calculated monthly and paid within fifteen working days at the beginning of each calendar month, with a minimum threshold of EUR or USD 10 — EUR or USD 500 for bank wire, the one payout method the terms name — and a first payout that requires just one first-time depositor. The FAQ also states that revenue share is paid for the lifetime of a referred player. One clause to note before you plan cash flow: for new affiliates the program reserves the right to hold profit for up to three calendar months.

Who it suits

A site publishing for Romania, Sweden or Bulgaria that wants a low payout floor and a documented schedule, and that is comfortable negotiating a rate without a published ladder to argue from. The EUR 10 threshold suits a small or new affiliate better than most of this group, because early commission actually arrives instead of rolling forward for months. It suits nobody publishing outside those three markets, and the program says so itself.

Our verdict

Transparent on everything except the number affiliates ask about first. The licence, the payment terms, the net-revenue deductions, the consolidation rule and the market scope are all published and checkable; the rate is not, so the commercial outcome rests on one conversation. Go into it with specifics, and get the agreed percentage, the CPA price if you take one, and the consolidation treatment in writing before you send a click. Read how to get approved by affiliate programs first, and see how the deal sits against the rest in the 2026 program comparison.
